Welcome to Facilities Management at American University!

Conveniently housed within the Asbury Building are the Facilities Operations Zone Supervisors and Managers and Support Services. The units work together to maintain and improve the five zones as a multi-disciplinary team skilled in the maintenance and repair of architectural and structural facility elements, the heating and air conditioning equipment and facility exteriors.
